"I told my realtor and significant other from the get go that One Guard would be a waste of time. \nMy air-conditioner would not blow cold air with record temps. \n I was told there was nothing they could do as all the contractors they do business with were servicing for emergency cases only. \nNeedless to say, I used a reference from my realtor and had someone out here on my own without One Guard services. \nOne Guard was a waste of time for me just as I suspected. \nDo the work on your own and forger a middle man that won't be there for you anyway."^^ . .
