The front office started off really helpful, took care of everything ASAP, but after living there a couple of months it seems as if they stopped caring. \n\nThey may have twenty-four hour security but where were they the two times our outside storage closet was broken into and when my garage door was broken into and the GPS was stolen from my car? When I reported my garage being broken into I went to the front office and talked to the PROPERTY MANAGER (which you think she would care a little more then what she did). She told me she would tell maintenance asap and they would call me by the end of the day with a new set of keys. I got no calls by the end of the day so my boyfriend went to the front office the next day which was a Friday and they said that they would have to wait till Monday to do it, when he asked why they wouldn't answer his question. When Monday came around and he didn't hear from the front office all day he decided to go in there and they said that maintenance said they took care of it, when they obviously didn't because there wasn't a new set of keys at the front office. they finally changed the locks on that Tuesday, almost a week later after my garage was broken into. \n\nWe didn't only have the problem with our stuff being broken into, but we have had several issues with parking. When we moved in the parking spots would always be full after 7 o'clock at night, when both of us have jobs where we don't get home till late we've decided to rent two parking garages which were both an extra 50 dollars a month (which was definitely worth it). Since our garages were as close as you can get the the building stairs everyone likes to park there to unload groceries our just park right there because all the parking spaces are full. There was several occasions where I was late to work because there were cars that were parked there and I couldn't find the people to ask them to move their car. After several occasions of the same car parking there for more than an hour at a time I decided to call the tow company that works with this complex, All City Towing, only to be told they can't come tow because \"I didn't have a tow card.\" I went to the front office a week later and requested a tow card and they gave me one (surprisingly, considering they haven't been any help with anything else). A couple days later the car was parked outside of my garage again when I was trying to leave, I gave it about ten minutes before I called the tow company and the person didn't come down to move their car so I called all city towing. All city towing told me they couldn't call without the \"apartment securities\" consent. So we called security and they called all city towing and they said that they still couldn't come down to tow the car. Long story short the car wasn't moved for two hours.\n\nLastly, although its more convenient to have have your apartment on the first floor try to get the third floor because it isn't worth hearing the people above you throw their stuff around all day and night. If you have to have a downstairs apartment make sure to invest in some noise cancelling head phones. I cant wait till the lease is finally up so I can get the heck out of here."^^ .
