"0"^^ . "1"^^ . "3"^^ . . . "So this is my first time ever going into this branch location. As soon as I walked in the first teller looked at me without even a smile. She just gave me a blank stare and asked \"how may I help you?\" So I just told her that we opened our accounts online and we needed debit cards cause we actually want to switch to the credit union from a regular bank. \nShe then looks up my account and goes to tell me because we didn't sign something online no debit cards were issued to my account. And that my husband needed to come in and sign for the debit cards cause we are both on the account. The main reason why we opened our accounts online is because my husband has a different schedule and wouldn't be able to come in on their business hours. And I had to explain it to the teller and I think she could tell I was starting to get annoyed so she said we could take couple papers out of the credit union to have him sign but it needed to be notarized. Which isn't a problem being that there are people who'll come to your house to do so. \nThen when the papers finally printed and she gave them to me she explained what needed to be done quite rudely. And when I asked her again just so I could be sure where who needed to write what her tone was just over it. After I just \"ok thank you\" she did say something but I didn't even pay attention cause she didn't even bother to make eye contact with me nothing. Not even a \"Have a good day!\"\nMind you our 10 minute interaction she didn't ask how I was or never even tried to make any type of effort to have a simple exchange. Everyone who was working in there today was only nice to the members they knew not the new members I guess who don't go in to the branch.
