"I've had a pricey yet good experience here before and love the extended business hours but today I left very disappointed. \n\nI own a very high strung, nervous Italian Greyhound. She's terrified of vet visits and I told the guy when he set us up In a room. He stated that he would be paging the doctor and it shouldn't be too long. I waited with my freaked out pouchie for almost an hour in that room. I finally came out and said \"I think we need to reschedule she's really having a hard time\". My Iggy is 13 years old and don't want her experiencing this wasted stress. I had called to schedule the exam but they stated that a walk in was perfectly fine and they should get her right in. \n\nThe guy then told me the dr. Had been called to surgery. Seriously?? And when was this? No one had the common courtesy to notify me of this. That's disrespectful and rude. I decided my best bet would be to schedule an appointment with an office that's not so big and maybe cares about each and every patient. Maybe I can get in quicker and hopefully not be forgotten."^^ .
