"Unfortunately, I have to give this business 1 star. I would not give them any stars if that was possible. I have been banking with TruWest for 2 years. On my birthday, a fraudulent charge was taken out of my bank account. I called in the evening as soon as I realized this. The guy on the phone had no idea what to do. Then he transferred me to someone who didn't look up my account, but, told me we needed to cancel my debit card. The transaction showed as an autopay, so, that didn't make sense. Then, I went to the bank. The lady there told me that they couldn't help me, and to call the number that I called last night. Then, I called to dispute the charge. But, they offered no credit for 5 days. Unfortunately, this puts me in a position to get evicted from my home because now, I can't pay my rent. When I asked them what I should do about that, they said I should tell them that I disputed a charge at the bank. I can't see how that will save me from losing my home. Then, T Mobile - the company that actually stole my money- told me to call the bank and ask for the account number the payment was forwarded to. I did, and they told me the account specialist would call me back. When I asked to be transferred to them so I could talk to them, they told me that I could not contact them. Apparently, these are the only people that can help me, and I am not allowed to speak with them. I am calling the FTC if this is not resolved within 24 hours. This is ridiculous!"^^ .
