I chose eggplant, black beans and white cheese=delicious! Lesson learned though. One arepa at this location is more than enough. I think the eggplant is microwaved but either way it is pretty delicious...has a nice flavor and the ingredients work very well together. \n\nI have been to their other location on Johnson, which I prefer for aesthetic reasons.
