We had an appointment at 7:30 to check out a problem we were having with our fairly new GMC Terrain. \n\nMark was our service person-we saw him when we dropped it off, once as he was getting another customer from the waiting room and not until 3 hours later when we tracked him down to see what was going on. \n\nPaperwork said they couldn't find the problem-nothing on the computer & they couldn't see it on an 8 mile test drive. No one ever came to talk to us or ask questions. Then they couldn't find the car. Someone finally located it where it was being washed. \n\nI would expect someone to check in & discuss what we described as the problem. Ridiculous waste of time. Never buy a car here or try to get service done."^^ .
