Put people on with top level techs out the gate - this level one crap is ridiculous - techs that have to call you back every three minutes to find out simple answers just doesn't do - and techs that just read down the line of questions to \"get to the issues\" is just laughable.\n\n2. Hire people that speak english - i'm not prejudiced against any race i just want to understand that damn person when i'm talking to him and know they understand me. \n\n3. Set reasonable service times - i was without service for 24 hours, because of a splitter at the street, at no fault of ours. 24 hours with no service is UNACCEPTABLE, i run a company out of my house as i'm sure a LOT of other people do around the valley, and being down costs money, and potentially clients - and having techs and managers that DON'T understand the severity of that situation really pisses me off.\n\nthe only saving grace is the actual tech that came to service - unfortunately he (other than working under your banner) doesn't even work for your company, hes an independent contractor through another company, so the praise really goes to them not you.\n\nClean up your act COX!"^^ .
