The contractors that provide service are very good and competent but the technology is tricky. They make it difficult to cancel your service - the help section advises you have to call 800-574-7036 to cancel. The greeting for the phone contact tells you to use the help section of the portal. I finally found a text box to write my request to cancel and I received an email right away acknowledging receipt. I was extremely frustrated.\n\nAlso, with all the fancy technology do you think they could send you a text message with 1 week, and 48 hours notice.
