There weren't many people in the theatre but there was a camaraderie at laughing together in this quaint venue that wouldn't be much longer. I kept feeling a little sad as the movie drew to a close, knowing this was my last experience.\n\nIt really was a good theatre. The prices were decent and, like Kat F., I usually saw two movies for the price of one. After the movie, a lot of people were in the lobby looking at pics on the wall and I got swept up in it too. The black and white pics of movie stills made me linger a lot longer afterwards. Carlton always felt like that comfy, \"Toronto's own\" theatre. I loved the intimacy of it and will miss it dearly.
