You get tired, you get overwhelmed and you get super busy. However personally working in the customer service industry over the past 10 years I do understand what good and bad service may be. My friends and I had no trouble waiting the time and hours to get our tattoos, showed up around 10:30 o'clock or so, super excited we found a shop still doing the tattoos. My boyfriend and I were back to back on the list, stoked to get something done. The apprentice I think was communicating with us the whole time, super sweet let us know our place and without him I would've gave this place a one star. When it came time to do my tattoo, it was around 2 am, I understand it's late so I feel for the artist. But my artist manny, seemed disconnected, unwilling to talk even when I tried to say I understand and thank you for staying this late (he did say thank you though) but overall his demeanor was not the most pleasant. I don't expect bubbly but I don't wanna feel uncomfortable sitting in someone's chair who is putting something on me for the rest of my life. Once my tattoo was done, he didn't say anything to me, I had to ask where to pay and he didn't wrap my tattoo either. I left the chair and legit came back and said can you please wrap my tattoo. I thought at that point he really didn't give a shit. I have an open fresh tattoo and he just sent me off. The tattoo came out nice however as its healing now I know I can tell it was rushed and blown through. So to the worst part, keep in mind my boyfriend is still waiting for his, I sit back down and they continue to take people instead of him. The apprentice then let's us know hey you're next this one female artist is going to break down and set back up for you. So 30 mins rolls by and we realize the artist just left. So now it's around 3-30 am, in the morning and we are literally the last ones left even though my boyfriend was listed right after me. At that point, we know the 2nd artist left, and there's 2 girls ahead of us. My original artist, gets up then, looks at us, and proceeds to take TWO more guests in front of us and that point it was a good F**k you to us and we just said what what the hell were leaving. We felt ignored, disrespected, and foolish for believing they were gonna do us right. After we found out this manny guy was the owner, we will never recommend this shop to anyone. If the apprentice leaves then I''ll send them over to his way but there's no way I will send anyone to artists who thinks it's okay to let me walk off without a bandaged bleeding tattoo, even when everyone else has it wrapped and blatantly ignores multiple people to grab hot girls or whatever. Screw that."^^ . "2015-11-20T00:00:00"^^ .
