They could not be more accommodating! \n\nNormally we are not high maintenance guests, but this trip was different. We were packing in a lot of fun in a short time... \n\nWhen we checked in, they had already upgraded us. Lovely. (Thank you!)\n\nWe had a number of special requests:\n- would they store our Easter Basket so our son won't see it\n- would they decorate our room for someone's birthday and have a dessert with candles (as a surprise)\n- would they make us brunch with the bagels we picked up at Fairmont bagels\n\nOf course there were normal things like: room service, dinner reservations, directions, etc. All done with enthusiasm and a desire to help.\n\nOne night we had friends over to the hotel... We hung out in the back lobby by the fireplace. So cozy; like being in your living room. \n\nOur brunch:\nOne morning we Ubered to Fairmont Bagels, ordered, and then Ubered back. \n\nFairmont is a small bagel shop, only take cash, and they don't make sandwiches.\n\nWhen we returned to The Gault, we gave them our bagels, and they made us a lovely spread... Salmon, capers, pickled onions, cucumbers, choice cream cheese, freshly squeezed oj, cappuccino, homemade jams, traditional eggs... So fantastic and something for everyone. \n\nPs. The Gault had the same bagels. So u don't have to take the uber rides unless u want the full experience. (Lol)\n\nService is so spectacular!!! My son didn't miss having a hotel with a pool for a minute. \n\nIn addition, the hotel is perfectly located to get to most things easily by either walking or a short uber ride."^^ . "0"^^ .
