Copper Chimney is apparently a favorite of the locals. Service was pretty good as I found our server to be extremely attentive. One of the dishes was extremely spicy (for me) and I needed a lot of water so our server came to the rescue. CC has a lot of lunch specials and you get bang for your buck. I ordered the Chef's Special ($10), which was a generous portion. Anyway, I've had the opportunity to check out a few Indian restaurants - CC was good, but nothing out of this world hence the three star review.
