No acknowledgement of Gold member, no \"Gold Welcome\" gift.  I guess they want you to stay often enough to get the points but maybe don't use them?  \n\nWouldn't go in the very tiny swimming pool; very nasty color.\n\nBreakfast personnel didn't even say good morning.  Front desk doesn't look up from counter when you come or go.  Guess I just got used to most BWs being pleasant.
