I still ultimately love most things about this cafe and have probably been here more times then I can remember.\n\nThe reason behind the dropped star is that I've noticed that the workers can be a bit short and the food a bit too salty. Heavy seasoning hands on the chefs here. I ordered the Yorkshire Pudding Burger with Beet chips and though the Yorkshire pudding, aioli and beet chips were tasty the burger patty itself was too salty. The Yorkshire pudding seemed a bit too tough, kind of expected a more flaky texture and the patty cooked a bit over to my \"Medium Rare\" preference though stated during my order.\n\nAlas, if there's one thing you should order here besides the pastries and other dishes on their changing menu it's their Mac & Cheese. It's not the nostalgic bright, orange Mac N Cheese that comes in a blue and yellow box ... but it is definitely next level. Perfectly cooked macaroni, creamy and gooey, melty cheese sauce. I also got mine with bacon and jalape\u00F1os, which gave it a bit of heat and a smokey, saltiness from the bacon.\n\nOther than that, the drinks, pastries, well dressed folk, sociable people, table space, fast wi-fi and late hours of operation are still a win in my book."^^ . . .
