Both occasions it literally took twice as long as stated it would take. An hour and a half for an oil change? Really?\n\nAlso, although they may claim being family and customer service friendly they don't even have change tables in their washrooms for when you are forced to change your infant because you have been waiting there so long. They should learn there is more to customer service than free donuts. Spoke to the customer service manager, as he said he would \"look into it\". Gee, thanks.
