I commend the \"financier\" for his work in creating a deal where there was not one. With poor credit, and an extreme goal, I came in empty handed and left with what I wanted. \n\nThat being said... NICK VULLINGS is a cliche car salesman. He was friendly, did NOTHING at all except answer an e-mail and shake a hand. As soon as my money was assured, as soon as papers were signed, customer service went out the window. Not only was (one of) the vehicles I purchased that day completely off from the ad...(explained further down) but there was a bum sleeping inside the bed/topper when I went to pick it up!\n\nThe vehicle in question, in the ad, was supposed to have a topper, a cd player, and though it \"shouldn't\" be worth mentioning.. a gas cap! The topper was taken off because \"it was ugly\", but I was promised that I would be called as soon as one came in. This didnt happen. In fact, after having the truck die within 5 minutes of picking it up, idling strange, and having the check engine light go off... I was officially ignored. I was fair and patient with Nick, I accepted that things happen, scheduled an appointment to have the truck looked at, and then e-mailed Nick to question about the missing cd player, gas cap, and about the replacement topper I was promised. E-mail was never answer. After verifying I actually sent it, and giving it (at this point) over 3 weeks. I am yet to hear back from Mr. Vullings of Schoepp Motors. They have their signed documents, they have their commissions/money. They no longer care to service their customer.\n\nI will not be shopping with them again, I will not be recommending them, and I will in fact be deterring anyone who asks me, from shopping with them again."^^ .
