"1"^^ . . . "I recently purchased a couple items at Best Buy, including an iPad pro for a Christmas gift for my 8 yo daughter. I've always felt Best Buy to be expensive, but they price match with online retailers. I had a nice experience dealing with a woman named Kim who helped me with purchasing the iPad. I wanted the rose gold color, and found it online at Target for $100 cheaper. Best Buy matched the price, but, they didn't have rose gold in stock. I was advised I could purchase the black one and exchange for rose gold with in 14 days. My problem is that when I went to exchange, they wanted to charge me $160 more! No longer matching the Target price, and and additional $50 because it was on sale when I purchased it! The girl waiting on me was pleasant enough and my daughter was with me, so I didn't want to argue to much, although I should have asked to speak with the manager. I could tell by her face, my daughter was a little upset in the store, but said it was ok. So we left. As soon as we got to the car, she busted out crying! She was so upset. She wanted the rose gold so bad, she had no problem not opening the black one on Christmas to wait for the color she wanted. I am so disappointed in Best Buy not honoring my exchange. Just as I was warming up to start shopping at a local brick and mortar store over Amazon, I was quickly reminded why people are choosing online over local. Sorry Best Buy (at Best in the West), you've lost my future business."^^ . . "0"^^ . "2017-12-30T00:00:00"^^ . "1"^^ . "1"^^ .
