They gave me a quote over the phone for the inspection and repair.\nThe tech arrived and told me it needed a service/cleaning and there was nothing wrong. He charged me about $20 less than what was quoted on the phone. We discussed it and he was sure that was the charge for a service call and there was no repair needed.\nAfter he left and the air-conditioner was turned on, it leaked again.\nSo I called back.\nA second visit was scheduled at no additional cost. I wasn't advised to keep the unit running so the tech could see the problem, and since we did not want to deal with water problems and rust, we had it turned off.\nOn the scheduled day, the tech arrived and said there was nothing he could do, since he couldn't see the water leak, and he left. I told him I could turn it on and he'd see the problem in under 10 mins, but he wasn't going to stay and wait. He told me to call the emergency number if it happens again.\n\nSo we then called back to schedule a third appt. and turned on the air-conditioner about an hour before the tech arrived.\nFinally the third tech was able to find and fix the problem!\n\nThe time we spent and the hassle was a bit much, but I would use them again, only because they took ownership of what they did wrong and did not keep charging for each trip, and they were pleasant to deal with."^^ .
