"There we were...pressed for time. Then just our luck, our car battery fell into coma in the parking lot of a shopping center and we still needed to hit 2 more stores in search of dress shoes for son. You dont even understand the mission it is to find men dress shoes in a size 7! \n\nWe should've known better when our battery needed a jump while at the drive-in on a cold December night. I'm digressing here. So we called our insurance company's roadside assistance. Fastest and helpful phone call ever. The rep said help is on its way, and help was sure on its way. Within 20 mins help had arrived.\n\nI don't know the guy's name that helped us as the husband was the one to greet him, but that little-big guy worked so fast that not even my children realized we were already being helped. I really appreciated the fact that the guy who helped us called my husband to let him know how many minutes he was away. It wasnt just left at the words of the rep from our roadside assistance. \n\nThe guy asked us how long we've had the battery, checked the life of our battery, informed us not to shut the engine off after the jump...which is probably a duh to most people but there are alot of people out there who have no clue so you can never assume. We were the duhs, but thanks guy. Very fast, efficient, and smooth. \n\nThe night could've turned out bad, and thank goodness it didnt. Although this is the first time using such service, if they work like that each time...then I'd highly recommend using this company if you need roadside assistance!"^^ . . "1"^^ . . .
