Not enough businesses get people to take the time to review a stellar experience so I like to be the one to do it. However, today I must share my horrible experience with Delta mechanical. I purchased my home back in January and just received word that Delta mechanical did not complete the job properly on my water heater that was purchased through Home Depot. The county inspector came out and gave a list of things that needed to be complete. It freaked me out because this is a safety issue. No problem I scheduled an appointment last week for today with Delta mechanical with a window between 10 and 12. No technician showed. I called at 12:05 to follow up as I do not want to waste my day and no one was able to get a hold of the technician. I was told I would get a call back ASAP with an update. An hour went by so I called to get an update. I was kept on hold for 6 minutes then hung up on once I was taken off hold. I called back and asked to speak with a supervisor, I was on hold again another three minutes. I hung up and finally got the person who I was calling for. I asked why she never called back and she said she assumed the technician showed up. I asked why she would assume that and still not call to follow up as she said she would. She gave excuses and apologies told me again that she would have to call me back because there is a bigger issue in her office regarding my service call. I asked what the issue was since I made the appointment a week ago and she had the appointment in her system. She informed me that the field technician did not have my home on his route for today so he is on his way to another call. I told her I would appreciate it as a customer her not wasting anymore of my day and simply telling me that the technician will not make it out today and demanded a reschedule with an appointment time not another 2 hour window. Of course again she told me she would have to call me back. That was 15 minutes ago. I'm still waiting on that call back. I had to take the time to write this review and will be calling the Home Depot now to see if they can contract the job out to someone else. Home Depot should definitely let them go."^^ . "0"^^ . .
