My wife went to notify a manager and was told \"they were working on it\" Why did they not tell us to start with that the a/c was not working??\nTwo hours and six minutes later we leave feeling like we have sat in a sauna for 2 hours. As we were leaving a girl was coming in to clean and said 'WOW! Its hot in there!\" I ask to speak to a manager.\nThe manager did give us 2 movie tickets but not one time did he apologize for letting us sit for 2 hours in an auditorium with no a/c, and kind of acted like we should not have ask for any type of compensation.\nThis is exactly why my wife and I rarely go out any more. We are tired of companies when they screw up acting like its the customers fault instead of taking responsibility for their actions and if they do make things right for the customer, they need to do in a way to make the customer feel appreciated and not like the customer is a bothering them."^^ . .
