The first being that the guy(never said his name) who schedules the appointments and is in charge I guess was very rude. When I called to schedule my appointment I asked for 3 appointments to start at 11am. He said that I would be ruining his morning if I started at 11am and I needed to start at 10am which I agreed to. The morning of our appointments all of the time slots and names were mixed up when I got there and because of the 10 am time one of my party could not make it. I informed him of this when I got there and he grabbed his appt book sighed and said I had not called to let him know. I explained that is because they did not open until 10am and I was not notified until the night before and they were already closed. He got upset and because these were groupons that we were using I asked him how we could handle this. Could I reschedule or just add 30 min (instead of the hour we bought) to my mothers massage which was not due to start until 11am but she was already there with me at 10am. He laughed and said there was no need to do that (I assumed this meant we could reschedule for another time being that he would not add the time on for my mother). My massage started late so I assumed it would finish one hour from when we started but it ended at 11am. The massage rooms are located inside the gym for the Tuscany hotel next to the housekeeping office. Throughout the entire massage ALL I could hear was the maids speaking in spanish. I am not exaggerating in any way! I could not believe this was happening and no one asked them to please keep it down or anything. LOUD TALKING like they were in the room with us my entire massage and my mothers. At the end of my massage my mother went in and started even later than I did and also was finished right at 12. so less than an hour. My mother asked the guy also about starting early he told her no and was very rude to her while she waited. Kim who gave us the massages was great! She was the only exception and the reason I gave one star!\nWhen I was leaving I asked him again about if we would be able to reschedule the massage that was canceled (after tipping very well) his response was, \"No! I called the owner and he said we are not being paid for this so you cannot use the last one.\" Because I did not want to argue I let it go. I know we paid for this service and if I wanted them to at least honor the amount I paid I could have gotten that but because the service was SO BAD I just left. Will not be returning and paying for any service since again there is another company who feels like they do not have to honor services they have sold on groupon. SKIN CITY LV and La Riva should do business together. They seem to have forgotten what they are using groupon for! Advertisement to gain new clientele. How you are treating your clients will dictate whether we come back!!!!!"^^ .
