I have him signed up for soccer, and having it start this week, I needed to get him his soccer gear. Now, a sporting goods store is so out of my element, so help was GREATLY needed. \n\nFirst stop was our cleats. The floor seemed hectic already so when I hit the \"help me\" button and the kid came over, I couldn't tell if he was helping someone else or not. Regardless, he ended up helping me, handing us 3 different pairs of shoes and sent me on my way. I don't know. I kinda wanted to talk to someone about how these shoes are suppose to fit and what I'm looking for in a cleat. I know my son is only 4, but I still have no knowledge and I wanted help! After picking my shoe, I couldn't find the kid so I ended up leaving the other two pairs on the bench. Didn't like that.\n\nThen I wander over to the sports gear section. Kinda tell the kid the same story of how I don't know what I'm doing. Help me. He said \"well you're in the right place.\" Ooh! This seems helpful? Wrong. He just showed me where the soccer gear was and that was it. Once again, I wanted to talk to someone about how these things are suppose to fit, and such, but geeze these kids are useless.\n\nAt least I ended up picking all the right items to get the sale.\n\nTl;dr -- extremely disappointed with my service."^^ .
