"Office staff- Most seem friendly when I walk in to retrieve a package but one younger lady acts like it's a pain in the butt that I even walked through the doors. The manager Katina seems like she would like to fix problems and she does offer solutions but she's very annoying to talk to. She is a horrible listener and will talk over you offering information that is irrelevant and/or unprofessional. We started getting weekly emails on Fridays about things around the complex from Natalie. They are mostly annoying containing the same information every week and/or unprofessional discussing personal matters that don't pertain to anything at the complex.\n\nThere is a very high turnover rate with the staff.\n\nMaintenance- Most of the maintenance staff is friendly and nice with the exception of the manager. He is condescending and a bit of an asshole. Also a bad listener and talks over you. Maintenance requests are usually fixed the same day or after and that's nice, but I'm always left with a mess to clean up after the work is done.\n\nTwo weeks after I moved in the washer flooded when I set a load to wash and went to bed. Their solution was to air out the carpet with fans. The carpet never got stapled back to the floor and we had to call multiple times for them to come pick up their huge fans. We also forked out money to rent a dehumidifier because of all the moisture in the apartment. Our dog kept getting sick and a few months later they were willing to look at solutions. We opted to move to another apartment without carpet so they could properly take care of the mold issue. There was no additional cost except We had to pay a whole months rent on the new unit and they never sent us the refund from the old unit. We had to call multiple times and harass them about our ~$500 refund and they finally FedEx it overnight over a month later.\n\nProperty- the property usually looks very nice with lots of trees and green grass. The security gates have a mind of their own and the back gate is permanently broken. One side of the gate never closes and one side never opens. People drive in and out both sides regardless of which one is open. \n\nAmenities- the fitness room might as well not be there. It's pathetic and if the pool and office are closed, there's no access. The cushions for every piece of outdoor furniture are taken away before the office closes every day, what's the point in having them? The pool is always cold regardless of the \"heating\". The jets in the spa are usually never operational. The grills rarely work (and we pay for gas as a community). The dog park has no shade so it's useless in hot weather. Basically what I'm saying is there are no amenities! \n\nI can't wait to move out of this craphole! Only move here if you're never home, don't mind seeing police every other day, don't want amenities, don't have a dog, and don't mind old ladies watching you calling the front office on your every move."^^ .
