It's plugged in, power light is on, the remote light comes on when you click a button, but nothing happens. Nada. Called front desk to notify them of the problem, and Chuck at the front desk walked us through the usual diagnostic steps over the phone with no luck.\n\nChuck offered to come by our room with another remote to help troubleshoot. Still nothing. Mystified, Chuck apologized for the inconvenience and immediately offered us either a discount or to switch rooms. We decided to switch rooms as we really wanted needed a shared screen on one of our laptops. \n\nAfterwards, we learned that Chuck was actually at the end of his shift and was about to head home for the night when we called, but showed no signs of impatience whatsoever and provided excellent customer service to us throughout. \n\nI don't expect everything to be perfect, but I certainly appreciate the customer oriented focus and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure our stay is as pleasant as possible.\n\nKeep up the great work!"^^ .
