I have belonged to the Goodlife in McKenzie Towne in the past, so was happy when I heard Goodlife was taking over Southe Pointe, because I really enjoy the classes they offer.\n\nSo imagine my disappointment to find far fewer classes than the McKenzie Towne location offers, and NO BODYFLOW whatsoever. Plus only two classes on Fridays. Do you know that the Mckenzie Towne location's classes are packed Friday evenings? So don't think nobody will show up.\n\nThe other complaint I have is that the 20-minute Fit Fix machine lineup is CONSTANTLY being taken over by muscleheads at the gym who SIT ON THEM for 10 or 15 minutes at a time, then take turns on them with their buddies, making you either miss that machine or have to endure their jerkiness if you ask them to get off. There should be large, clear signage that this lineup is only for Fit Fix, and that sitting on them to do sets is not OK. I have made the complaint about this before, but it's still happening. There should be a monitor in that area that pays attention on the floor, or else if there are machines in the Fit Fix that are not amidst all the tons of other equipment in the weight area, they should add another one (I notice the triceps machine is often the one guys take forever with) in the general area. What's the point in trying to do the full-body Fit Fix if you can never actually complete it all because of machine hogs?\n\nOtherwise, the staff is very friendly. I really do hope they add more classes as it's a huge facility with plenty of space for more classes."^^ . . "0"^^ . "2013-10-13T00:00:00"^^ . .
