It's also strategically located exaclty at College & Yonge, on top of Starbucks. Amazing, eh? \n\nI usually have Hatha three times per week elsewhere, and I went there with my Passport to Prana to try a Ashtanga Level I with Rosie. AMAZING class, very intense, I'd love to have it again. Have to say I was sore for some days because my usual yoga is less intense, more breathing and relaxing, but I really loved it. \n\nThe studio has some cons: they ask you to leave your shoes at the entrance, but there isn't enough room for everyone to seat. The changing rooms are also very small, they don't have showers or lockers. And it turns out that being situated above a starbucks is not as nice as it looks like: your class smells like pastry. They could have air conditioning to avoid this and the extreme heat on the summer days. \n\nIf you live or work in the neighborhood, don't think twice and try a class there. Strongly recommended."^^ . . .
