I came in on a weekday/Holiday so since it wasn't busy they got me in right away. I had seen so many good reviews about the SNS system so I decided to try it out and I loved how they had a variety of colors to choose from. Unfortunately though the color I had chosen was almost out so I just decided to go with another one. The whole manicure process went good except for the fact that for some reason the polish on my right thumb came off after taking a hot shower that night which was very weird to me since I heard the SNS system is supposed to be longer lasting than the gel. As for my pedicure though I decided to choose the basic one and I was surprised that it didn't include a massage or sugar scrub considering the fact that most nail salons I've been to include it at no charge for the same price. The lady doing my pedicure then asked f I would like to add the sugar scrub for $5 since it would also include a foot massage so I agreed to do it as an add on and I have to admit I've had better pedicures done before for the same price if not cheaper. Overall my experience here was a 7/10 given the fact that my pedicure wasn't all that great and my polish from my manicure came off my thumb the same night it was done. I'm willing to give this place another chance but it just wasn't what I expected based on reviews.\n\nUpdated review 9/6/16 \n\nI will definitely consider giving this place another try considering the fact that they were able to take me in as a walk in to fix my nail at no charge."^^ .
