But, after almost two weeks they had not made one attempt. They don't call you, they don't follow up with you...nothing. \n\nEvery time I called they asked for my name, the paper being filed and my phone number and would say \"we'll call you back with an update\". They NEVER do call you back. Every time I called they acted like it was the first complaint and gave me the same run-around. \n\nDo not use these guys.
