"Scheduling\nI booked my appointment once, they called me a couple days before saying there was a mix up in the time and my appointment wasn't scheduled properly and that I had to reschedule. Slightly pissed but rescheduled the week after. Their last appointment is 5 or 5:30 on the weekday and their mani pedi person only works Mon-Sat. So I rescheduled for 1:30. \n\nPunctuality \nI got there on time, when I walked in, the technicians immediately said (in Chinese) \"omg another one just walked in\". There are two technicians and two people who just started. The owner/reception? then greets me with water saying it'll be 10 min. (I asked her, r u sure, she says yes) Ok that's fine. \nThe owner sets up the foot soaking in the chair at 1:40. Both technicians are still working with other customers. I waited 25 min here. \n\nCustomer Service\nWhen it came to picking the colour I was talking to the technician and the owner butts in and scolds the tech saying \"she'll handle it\". I was slightly shocked. I asked the owner if I could see the bottles because I was debating between two colours. She was very reluctant to show me...said the colours are the same as the nail spinner thingy. I kindly said I like seeing the bottles. She reluctantly walked back with them. \n\nTechnicians did a good job which salvaged the overall experience. \n\nMay come back...we'll see"^^ . "0"^^ .
