Because she is only about 3 pounds, even Louis Vuitton's smallest collar was too big for her but we intervened right in time to save the collar. We then thought it was a brilliant idea to buy an LV bracelet to use as a collar because it seemed like it was the right size. Unfortunately, this time, our puppy successfully gnawed through the bracelet within 3 hours of our purchase. I immediately brought it back to LV to see whether they could repair it; they indicated that there was nothing that they could do (boo, LV!!!).\n\nDesperate to find a way to salvage the nearly $400 bracelet, I took the collar and bracelet to Dean's and am SO glad that I did!\n\nExcellent customer service. Dean's is extremely friendly and personable. They treat their customers as if they were friends. They didn't shame us for our stupidity for giving our puppy an LV bracelet as essentially an expensive chew toy. They did not over promise; in fact, they indicated that they would do their very best to try and repair the bracelet and collar to its original condition.\n\nReasonable price. When I dropped off the collar and bracelet, they couldn't give me an accurate repair quote because they were uncertain about what the repair would entail. Obviously, LV is very meticulous about its symmetrical patterns so they had to try to emulate it yet still cut away parts of the bracelet to make it fit better. I would have paid any reasonable price and was very pleasantly surprised to learn that the repair was only $20 for both.\n\nQuality workmanship. I didn't expect the repair to look brand-new because even LV, the manufacturer, could not repair them. Therefore, my hope was that they could still try to retain the integrity of the canvas/leather and the symmetrical trademarked pattern so that they didn't look like fake knockoffs. I was elated to see that they repaired both so that they are wearable and still resemble authentic pieces. \n\nIf you're looking for a leather repair shop that advocates excellent customer service, where you can trust the workmanship to repair authentic Louis Vuitton pieces that even LV could not repair, I highly recommend Dean's."^^ . .
