In June-July 2016 I had my 4 month old at the Blue Diamond location & they had high teacher turnover.\n\nI picked my daughter up at 5pm & the last time they fed her was at 1:30pm. On another day I picked her up at 5:30pm & the last time they had put her down for a nap was 9:50am. When I asked the teacher if this was the last time she ate was 4 hours ago she said \"I don't know... I just got here\". Seriously there is NO COMMUNICATION between the infant teachers.\n\nI spoke to the director & they still did not keep her on a schedule so unfortunately we had to pull my daughter from preschool. As I was leaving I spoke to another parent that had their kid in the infant room & they said that had several complaints as well & was taking their infant & other child out as well.\n\nThere were also several times when there were toddlers in the infant room. At one time they had only one teacher with 4 infants & 4 toddlers which is not to ratio.\n\nWhen I spoke to one of the teachers she said she could only do so much & because there was high turnover & not enough other teacher's in the room to help out there were times when a child would need to take medicine but she was unable to leave the room to get it & when she called the front desk they never brought her the medicine for the child.\n\nAt the Southern Highlands location an 18 month old baby was left outside in the blazing sun for over 1.5 hours with no water or supervision! It is all over the news! Thank God he was ok but did need to go to the hospital!"^^ . "1"^^ .
