"Been to many a Bass Pro shops thru out the U.S. and no where were we treated as rudely as here!Or witnessed actions by employees , as rude as here. Incident one : At 11:28 a.m. Three men behind the firearms counter: My husband approaches the counter with a question regarding ear protection ( he was debating between three choices ) . One very condescendingly and rudely brushes him off.Gave a curt answer and turned away. We looked at each other, turned around hung the products back onto their pegs and walked away. I guess they didn't need to make a sale today nor give descent customer service. Second incident: We were in line at check out with a couple of apparel items. The gentleman before us was buying a soda, That is all. He set off the security pedestal as he exited. He was called back by some young kid. I witnessed that he was asked to place the soda can on the scanner , he was also told to empty his pockets, which he did, including his cell phone - there were no other items.Not once did the employee apologize to the man for the inconvenience. How rude can you get.!!!!!! \nThis store does not need our business!!!! Time to get a new store manager and some staff retraining. We will NOT return there. ( Cabella's is not that far away!)"^^ .
