They were honest and informed me about discounts I was eligible for (my employer, etc). \n\nNow for my service experiences. I have had a remote start installed, oil changes, and just recently brought my car in for a recall. All the times I have brought my car in for service, it has been a very pleasant experience. They are always direct in communication and prompt in service. \n\nThis past service experience was AMAZING! I brought my car in for a recall that was to take \"half a business day\". It took 1 HOUR!
