The manager, Kevin Gaine says someone must have hit me pretty hard for that to have happened. Oh really? Wheres that damage at..i have none..I would have some pretty significant damage to my car for that to have caused cracking on my upper bumper area...i told him i believe it should be covered by their guarantee & called me crazy to think he would cover this under warranty. How professional right?! Then had me go to to the managers at the dealership...what for you ask? I dont even know...Spoke to the manager at the dealership named Arnold and he listened to my problem and sympathized but said we had to figure this out at the collision center. So i was given the run around for nothing. Went back to speak to Kevin in the collision center to only waste more time trying to get an \"expert\" to review my car...when that happened he actually agreed with me. I currently have a BBB case opened against them for failure to adhere to their workmanship guarantee and how how this has played out.
