We set up delivery for Friday March 2 with Barlow delivery and were told the delivery company would call the night before to give us a time frame. As promised Barlow's Delivery Company called Thursday March 1 to let us know that the dishwasher would arrive between 2-6pm on Friday March 2. Arrangements were made to make sure someone was home on Friday March 2 from 2-6pm. The delivery company never showed up during these hours. My husband called the company and he was told they were coming. Dinner plans with family had to be cancelled as a result and the company never came. My husband called again, no apologizes from the company and the shipping was rescheduled for Saturday morning between 7-730 am. It is now 730 am on Saturday March 3 and no shipment. Once again plans this morning had to be cancelled because of this. Barlows Delivery company is horrible and creates a bad name for Home Depot too! I am very disappointed with the customer service and feel it is unfair that we are paying for a service that has inconvenienced me on multiple occasions."^^ . "1"^^ . . .
