I had that impossible to get out pet hair problem and they got it all out. I also had a gravy stain on my front passenger seat that I was afraid wouldn't come out, but they got it out. Can't even tell it was ever there. Needless to say, after this past winter, my car was super gross. I'm a working college student so I never have the time to break down and clean my car (hopefully this paints the picture for you).
