"I was thinking about writing a very long and detailed account of what went wrong with this dealership, but I have decided that it is a waste of my time and I already wasted so much dealing with this dealership.\n\nI like to shop with my politics. I thought I was doing that when I chose to purchase a new Subaru. I thought that the Subaru brand name would vet their dealerships of classic scams and schemes. I am honestly just ashamed that I trusted Subaru that much and didn't do more research beforehand. \n\nIf you are receiving a deal that is too good to be true, I hope you can have better clarity than I did and avoid setting foot in this dealership. The sales manager flat-out lied to me, wasted my time, and was manipulative. I am glad that I knew better as his scam is very well honed and inevitably works enough for the dealership to continue to support his actions. \n\nI also relayed this information to Amanda Kaufmann who politely said she would be sure to tell the owners and that Peoria Subaru is a family owned business. That is an empty statement; family owned or not, I was subject to very dishonest business practices. \n\nIn short, I would highly recommend avoiding this business. I had a much better experience with Chandler Subaru; people were straightforward, honest, and provided very competitive pricing."^^ . "1"^^ . "5"^^ . . "0"^^ . . "2016-12-21T00:00:00"^^ . . "0"^^ .
