I took my friends and family and told anyone who would listen about this store.\n\nSo I decided to hire them to decorate my home. I had a duo come out who charged me $75.00 for a consult. After several weeks we still had no plan. They gave me homework to do. Declutter, remove fake plants, select photos, etc. After many missed connections I finally felt I waited long enough. Then it was 2 months later and still nothing. I had expected a meeting in store where they presented a design to me or ideas. But nothing. This was my first time hiring professional decorators and I was so excited to get my living room done. \n\nI asked for a refund. They refused. They in turn said they would not charge me for the time the put Into my design. \n\nI honestly think my budget was too small for them and feel they should have just told me that. If my project did not Interest them I could have saved the $75.00.\n\nI also said just give me a store credit since im in here everyweek. After that, the designer simply stopped responding to me.\n\nI unsubscribed from their emails and never was contacted regarding the experience.\n\nI did love the store. And they have beautiful fun items. Great Inspiration. However, I feel my situation should have been handled better. \n\nI still tell people about the store in a positive light.
