I have had problems with it ever since it was installed. The sheen is not the same from tile to tile, the floor goes from real shinny to looking like it is dirty. Following Kay's advise after showing he the pictures I had the tile inspected and the inspector said it was defective tile and the only fix for it is to tear it out. 10 weeks later all they can tell me is we are waiting to here back from the manufacture, very poor customer service."^^ .
