That unfortunately is where the praise ends. He's a nice enough guy, but it was very disconcerting to call and have a medication change, then at my appointment he had no knowledge of the change. Patient notes?? Did an assistant make the change without his knowledge? No idea. \n\nTrying to get a change or if you have any concerns is impossible at this office. I've had to leave upwards of 3 messages to get a response, as I'm suffering from horrible side effects. \n\nI may be a difficult patient in terms of not liking medications with bad side effects and refusing to take them, but don't just dismiss my concerns. I haven't had a migraine since the month long one, I don't need oodles of pills. \n\nLastly, the $50 for missed appointments pisses me off. Thankfully I wasn't charged when I was up all night with a stomach virus and had to cancel last minute, but the person I talked to was sure rude about it. I really didn't think you'd want me in your office throwing up! Unfortunately I got scheduled an emergency work meeting during my appointment and had to cancel, but the phones closes at 4pm even though the office closes at 5pm so I had to wait until the morning of my apt (Monday) to cancel.\nWaiting on that $50 charge I won't pay."^^ .
