"Do not get me wrong; this office is great and all. The dental assistants are super patient with me as well as those at the front desk. I just want to mention that usually get my cleanings done in my hometown because I've been seeing my original dentist office since I was 5 years old. Also, I go to my original dentist office for the reason that when I go back to my hometown, I could see my family, too. Since I am not able to make it back to my hometown this year for my cleanings, I do not mind coming to this office because they have been good to me so far. \nAnyway, besides all that, I made this office my dentist office away from home since I had moved here to Vegas about 3 years ago. This most recent visit I had with them and that past few phone calls I have had with them have been, I guess offensive. First, I make a call to make an appointment for my cleaning and I mention that I have some dental problems. Whoever I was on the phone with made the assumption that it is because I have not seen them for over a year for a cleaning. Yes, I have not seen this particular office for sometime. I explained that I usually get my teeth cleaned in my hometown regularly. I am very adamant about my dental hygiene. She did not even apologize. Second, I come in for my cleaning, I explain to the dentist that I have a dental issue. They infer it is due to the fact I have not come in for a cleaning for over a year by their records. Again, I explain myself. Then, he comes to the conclusion it is because I do not floss often. Third, I call to make another appointment to see Ortho, and guess what. The lady stated again, it is because I have not seen the office for over a year is why I have problems with my retainer. I was literally just there the day before making the phone call. Again, she did not apologize for coming to that hasty conclusion.\n\nThanks for making me feel that I do not care about my dental hygiene when I certainly do."^^ . "3"^^ . "0"^^ . "2"^^ . .
