Kliven (Cliven?) that works maintenance, helped me when I was locked out of my apartment. My lock was actually broken, and that's why I couldn't get in. He was very professional and very helpful! There are a lot of crickets, but you are also living right next to a creek. I lived on the 1st floor for 2 years, there were crickets everywhere (more during the summer months) even with the weekly pest control service. I moved upstairs for my 3rd year there. Not as many crickets, but I still had crickets. Kevin was the BEST security guard, because he did his job. You would see him pass by at all times of the night making sure everyone was abiding by the pool/gym rules, and making sure there was never anything fishy going on. When he left I knew I wasn't going to be there much longer, the new guards just sat around and smoked in the pool area, which did not make me feel safe. The pool area was amazing and included Wi-Fi, summer nights I would go out there and study. One thing I didn't like is there was constantly homeless people fishing through the community dumpsters. I used to call the front desk and they would send someone over, but it just happened so often I let it go, it's apart of living next to a bridge off of Boulder Highway. Overall it was a good place to live for my first apartment in Vegas."^^ . . "3"^^ . "2"^^ . "2017-01-09T00:00:00"^^ . . "0"^^ .
