"I can't believe I haven't been to this location even though this one is the closest to where I live...\nThis one seems to be a joint venture with Shoku Ramen. They actually give you menus for both at the same time.\nMaybe I'm a tough critic, especially when it comes to Asian-themed things, or maybe it's because I know what true Wagyu beef from Japan tastes like, but I feel like I'm the only one who doesn't really go ape-shit over this franchise. It's good but not mind-blowingly good. \nAfter delaying this choice for a while, I finally tried the Kalbi Burger this time. It's a Korean-esque burger that has that Kalbi marinade plus some Kimchee inside. Don't worry. It's not spicy. I didn't really like it that much. The quality is fine, it's just this particular burger definitely isn't my thing. Try the other burgers first if you haven't been to this franchise before.\nService is excellent overall. This place is always busy, but the servers did not ever forget about me and kept my drinks full. Food came out fast despite me going in during lunch hour.\nThis joint can run up your bill pretty quickly. If you have to have an appetizer, then your burger and fries (which are NOT included), and you have to have an alcoholic beverage to go along with your fancy burger, then top it off with some dessert, you're looking at $35+ easily per person. This is definitely a joint that you go to for the hip-ness of it."^^ . .
