"Don't use their service department! \n\nThe wait to simply get the car checked in was really long especially since there were others available to help me but since I made the appointment with a particular service advisor I had to wait for him to be free.\n\nWhen my wife went in to pick up the car it was the same situation and when he was finally off the phone he simply directed her to customer service to make payment without any explanation of what had been done and not been done. After she got out to the car she discovered they had left their garbage in the car(paper floor mats, wash request tag and some paper with notes on it). \n\nNot so bad right well when she got home and I reviewed the paper work things that are normally included where not there such as the inspection sheet that shows they checked my fluid, brakes and the like. Even worse is what was there, basically proof that the before and after numbers for the alignment I paid for were exactly the same and some where out of specification but were left unchanged. This is getting long so I will leave you with this, blah blah blah we can't do anything about it. Bad service and run around answers. They used to be the best I wonder what happened?"^^ . "0"^^ .
