"They use high pressure sales tactics and show up in a pair.one guy intoduces his partner as his boss. The first crew that arrived started out good but I soon caught the crew in a web of lies. The drainage pipe that was suposed to go from the house to the street wasn't tied in because the zoning inspector denied this. Little did the foreman know that I knew the zoning inspector, who denied this claim and told me that he said they could tie into the street, but he would have to come back and look at it. The next day I found a hand written note to my father saying they could tie into the street for an extra $1, 200 dollars. Of course this was a side job for the crew at an extra cost. I questioned the foremean about this and of course he backed peddled his story. Then they were supposed to run the pipe about 20 feet away from the house which wasn't done. The crack on the outside foundation was supposed to be chiseled out and filled with hydro cement. Of course they used their fingers to rub the cement over top the existing cement which crumbled away after several days. On the inside they were supposed to use some kind of bottle jack things to support the room from sinking. After they completed I crawled into the crawl space to find they used wood and pieces of scrap wood found in our basement. One block of wood didn't even touch the botom of the floor joist! A second crew was sent out and corrected everything. The second crew did a good job. When I spoke the sales man about his crew trying to rip us off, he had a nonchalant attitude and said the foreman would be spoken to. Spoken to?, fire his ass. they did a half assed job, used our tools, our wood for supports that didnt even go from the ground to the floor joist and tried to charge us an extra 1200 dollars for a job that was already part of the work order and paid for. My opnion is to stay away from these con artist's."^^ . "0"^^ . "1"^^ . . . . "0"^^ . "16"^^ . "2015-12-29T00:00:00"^^ .
