The service and food were both top notch, definitely a place to dine at in Las Vegas.\n\nOur meal began with a few appetizers, including Asparagus A La Plancha, Tuna Cones, Ensalada Mixta, and Brava Potatoes. The Tuna Cones were the highlight of the appetizers, a deconstructed tartare in a rolled up tortilla chip. The Asparagus was cooked well and the romesco sauce brought the nut and red pepper flavors to the forefront. My only complaint is that the sauce was overly salty (and this could be nominally addressed by wiping off some sauce). The Ensalada Mixta and Brava Potatoes were both bland, especially surprising since the potatoes were in both spicy tomato and allioli sauces. We also received Spanish Chicken Croquettes with the main course, potentially since these too longer to prepare. They were delicious (as fried things tend to be), and I thought the b\u00E9chamel sauce sauce was preferable to the lemon-pepper allioli. For the main courses we had the Mixed Paella and Carne Asada. Both were devoured in short order. The paella has lots of flavors from the lobster, mussels, shrimp, chicken, and spanish pork chorizo. Each bite was a surprise since each bite had a different protein in it. The Carne Asada was beautifully cooked, and featured an unusual piquillo confit and mashed potatoes. The piquillo pepper brings sweetness and a roasted notes to the dish and it combined constructively. We finished with dessert, and they looked appealing but I can't comment since I was too full to eat any."^^ . . "0"^^ .
