"0"^^ . . . "HOTEL MANAGEMENT DOESN'T HONOR PROMISES MADE BY THEIR EMPLOYEES\nI needed to cancel a recent reservation on the day I was scheduled to arrive. I spoke with a hotel representative who pointed out that while I was within the 48 hour cancellation window, he would NOT charge me for having to cancel my reservation. So I was surprised and very disappointed to see a $150 charge on my credit card for this reservation only to have the General Manager for the property tell me that her hands were tied and she wouldn't help me despite her employee saying there would be no charge. \n\nVery poor customer service and zero accountability by the GM for this property or from anyone at InterMountain Management, who owns Fairfield Inn Scottsdale (no response to the email I sent to their corporate office). \n\nI will not be staying here in the future - or at any of their other properties (https://www.intermountainhotels.com/portfolio.php) as a result."^^ .
