Please fire those guys and hire competent employees.\n\nThe issue: Auto-Pay randomly stops and then you find out when you receive late payment + disconnect of service notices in the mail with additional fees tacked on just to rub a little more salt in the wound.\n\nFurthermore, their e-billing, is in a user-unfriendly format that makes you jump through too many steps and hoops to get to your actual bill online.\n\nTheir customer service is average at least. I'd have given them a solid 1 star rating based on their IT systems but the customer service is worth at least 4 out of 5 so I'm giving the company an overall 2 star rating."^^ .
